Several EBAY listings are advertising reducers as being Amphenol but aren't. They are the non-spec reducers made in India and will not fit correctly with a standard PL-259 Connector. These poorly threaded reducers will not seat correctly and remain loose inside the PL-259. Some coax cable jumper cable makers / providers are hiding this issue by using heat shrink tubing to keep reducers from un-threading while advertising as being made with all Amphenol components.
